GPO removal entries

Sorry i dont know is it the right place to post, anyway related to GPO
so i post my question here.

is there any special entries in msi to remove a product thru GPO?

... Create a new GPO, link it to a new OU under the OU where the users reside now, change the settings and move the 5 user accounts to this OU. ...
