Hello!

I have Windows XP Pro in my laptop and I have an administrator profile on
it.

I have encrypted and made folders private. Windows prompted for changing
of
password and so I did, now as a result of this I am not able to access
those
folders as the "access is denied". I am not able to change back the same
password as the system has the rules for preventing of that too.

What to do with this? Thanks in advance for answers!

I believe you will have to find a way to change the password back to what it
was when you encrypted the files.
