If you manage to identify the update, make sure you read the associated security
bulletin and make an informed decision whether to keep it or not. There is
probably a better way to fix your problem than to leave your system unpatched.
Also note that Microsoft product support for security updates is free of charge,
so if you can demonstrate that a particular update is causing problems you can
phone them for help.
