Re: Please help-this is so annoying!

It is not now nor has it ever been checked. I even tried checking it then
rebooting. Then unchecking it and rebooting again - no change.

Any other help anyone?

Just recently - in the past week - I can no longer open a PSP (Paint Shop
Pro) file attachment. I get a message that WinXP has BLOCKED this file
and I cannot even save it to my computer - I have no option to save it!
