Please help-this is so annoying!

Just recently - in the past week - I can no longer open a PSP (Paint Shop
Pro) file attachment. I get a message that WinXP has BLOCKED this file and
I cannot even save it to my computer - I have no option to save it!

I have researched everywhere and tried numerous things and cannot seem to
get this to stop.

I don;t know if attachemtns are allowed here , but if they are I can capture
the error message and post it for you.

Please help me -- I am in several stationery and PSP groups and I want these
files!
