cannot delete Unbox video files


I am trying to free up 10gb of space by removing Amazon video files I no
longer want.
I continue to get an "Access Denied" message.
I've tried using the safe mode, and 3rd party programs like
"Unlocker".
Nothing seems to work.

My response from Amazon tech support was:" To correct this problem you
will need to contact Microsoft or browse the internet to find
information on how to change the security settings of your files. I
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you."

Any ideas?
