Neospace Internet Security is a Rogue-Antispyware application which produces false positives results in order to persuade the user into purchasing their program before they can remove the detected items.
RogueRemover is a utility that can remove various rogue antispyware, antivirus and hard drive cleaning utilities. Rogue applications are applications that rather than remove spyware, provide false positives, distribute malware or spyware, advertise, or provide useless uninstallers. The main point is that rogue applications are useless and eat up system resources.

When I boot up my computer I get a windows security alert that spyware has
been detected on my computer and to download a cleaning program. It only
goes to Neospace. I have run three other spyware programs and they do
not find any spyware or viruses. Can you please direct me on how to get
rid of this and to protect from reoccurring? Are there any free programs
that are superior that you suggest? I have McAfee virus scan, how would
you rate this ?Thanks for your help.
