I'm not certain, but I believe the workstations only update GMT time from the
PDC. If you haven't changed the timezone settings, the GMT time will be correct
but the local time will be wrong. (Or, depending on what you do on the PDC, the
local time will be correct but the GMT time will be wrong. This could cause you
problems.)
If you think about it, there's no reason why the PDC and the clients have to be
in the same time zone - so you can't expect time zone changes to be synchronised.
