I do not seem to have that file on laptop. I
downloaded it from the MS site
and had a problem with it at one time, but now I
can't find it. Guess the
same thing happened to Windows Desktop Search. I
did find that one
in the Program Files but no install in it. Thx
Microsoft.
Should I call MS and see what they suggest.

It should be on your Start Menu as a separate
item.
You can create a desktop shortcut to "C:\Program
Files\Windows
Defender\MSASCui.exe"
