I want to allow access to the internet on a guest account on my computer
while still protecting my admin account how do I set up this type of
access?
Don't. It's a security risk. Unless you need the guest account for
networking purposes (if you are running Home Edition for example), disable
it. Create a Limited User account and call it "Visitor" or some such and use
that.
