Sorry, nobody here can help you. This is a public newsgroup for Windows XP
issues. If you need help with a paid Hotmail/MSN account, contact their tech
support. If you have a free Hotmail account, not sure what your options are.

In addition, it's not wise to put email addresses in newsgroup posts - you
will likely get spam and viruses.
