Accessing a Private folder

Dear All,

I had a laptop failure, and had to remove the hard disk out to copy
important data.
One of the most important files is my outlook e mail file (pst)
unfortunately this is under the local documents and setting folder of
my old hard disk and so when trying to access the folder i am getting
the message access denied.
I tried creating a new account with the same name as my old account on
the old laptop, but still with no use.

Can anybody help me please?

Regards,

Sameh
