Fortunately Windows XP prevents that kind of completely unacceptable

I am creating a dll library file. And I want windows to use my library
file,
instead of its own. But as soon as I replace the dll file in
windows/system32
with my own, it is automatically changed to its original version.
This is probably a security feature but,
Could you please tell me how do I disable this?
Re: .Net packaging/wrapper application? ... it just didn't work well in reality due to DLL...Windows works is to look in the executable's directory for a needed DLL ... the way apps used to work when they developed Windows. ... The way Windows works is to look in the executable's directory for a needed DLL BEFORE using the registry to find one EVEN IF THE REFERENCED DLL IS REGISTERED ON THE PC RUNNING THE APPLICATION THAT NEED IT. ...
