no, but I did download ZoneOut by FunkyToad. See here:
http://www.spywarewarrior.com/uiuc/resource.htm which I just found which
says: "IE-SPYAD comes in two different versions: IE-SPYAD (original) and
IE-SPYAD2. IE-SPYAD2 is designed to address two problems that users might
encounter: 1) some users might want to install IE-SPYAD on all user accounts
on a PC simultaneously; 2) some users (esp. Windows XP users) have reported
that the IE-SPYAD block list does not show up in the Restricted sites list of
Internet Explorer."
About the resource kit, I thought it was some kind of stand alone diagnostic
tool like Process Explorer. My bad.

Hi Deb,.
Did you have Anti-spyware from here installed on your computer called spyads:
www.sfaff.uiuc.edu/~ehowes/resource.htm
Have a look here:
http://www.spywarewarrior.com/uiuc/res/enough.txt
And here on this forums:
http://discuss.pcmag.com/forums/271291001/ShowPost.aspx
For the resource Kit:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/816819
But I can't see the above download is relevant to you at all.
Tell us more about your Software and hardware installed on your computer and
how you connect to the Internet to shed some light on the specs of your
System.

Thank you. I had already tried what Malke and Panda_man said before posting
my question and it all messed up my computer so that I needed to do a system
restore. Boy, I feel better. That resource kit that you were talking about
sounds like something I need especially since it told you that file came with
windows 95. No one else knew that including myself. Being a do it myself kind
of girl whenever possible I sure would like to get my hands on such a
resource kit. Could you tell me where you got it from?

I have a problem. Everytime I scan my computer in safe mode with Spybot
Search and Destroy it keeps finding and quaranting the following:
C:\ie-spyad2\choic\choice.exe and C:\Windows\choice.exe. Everytime it
quarantines it I cannot get online and I have to restore it.

Hi Deb,
If you have this resource Kit which give you a choice of commands to issue
to Windows, I read it was originally came with wins95 CD, you can Exclude it
from further Scan by Spybot, how?;
next time spybot catch this and report it Select it and Right click on it
and select Exclude from further scan, next time spybot will scan will
disregard it and will not report it as a malwre, it is False positive by
Spybot as it is patch file so Spybot iffy about it.
