Runnin a .bat with admin privileges, while logged as limited user

Hello to all,

While logged to a Windows XP Pro with a limited account user, is possibile
to run a .bat (or a .exe) with admin privileges, but without giving
everytime the password.

For example I know (correct me please) that with windows services you can
set the Run As credentials, inserting only one time the admin password.

Cheers
