Why do you need the entire drive wiped? If it's a high-security system then all files should be adequately encrypted. If not then anyone who know's what they're doing can already access this data without logging on.
And anyone can used i.e. this site
http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/
to reset the windows-password.
