Network ID Wizard...

Hi, I have a Windows Media Edition PC and had it as part of a workgroup.
Finally I have the PDC up and running but I can not join the Media Edition
to it since thge network ID wizard is no longer available. Is there a policy
or reg key that I need to adjust to correct this issue. Any assistance
greatly appreciated.
