"Your side"...?

Are you saying you went in and changed your user to a limited user while you
were an administrator instead of changing the other users to limited users?

What Operating System (version)?

If XP Home Edition - boot into safe mode, log on as the user "administrator"
and change your account back.
If XP Professional Edition and you utilize the "welcome screen" logon
(pictures next to usernames) -- Press CTRL+ALT+DEL twice there and log on as
the user "administrator" and change your account back.
