Problem w/ MS06-033 and MS06-056

Gentlemen.
I keep receiving messages that the following KB917283 and KB922770 related
to the above fixes, are missing (Baseline security Analyzer as well as
WinUpdate and two more security check programs). Attempt to install, either
by WinUp or by downloaded files, fails, giving the following message:

"The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer Service,
because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may
update a different version of the program, Verify that the program to be
upgraded exist on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade
patch."

I do have framework 2 installed (and repaired) and furthermore, the above
two patches are recorded in the Control Panel/Add or Remove, as being
installed.

Your advice will be very appreciated.

Cheers.
