endup deleting my files and changing the background for the guest
account. so i want to set my guest account in such a way that he guest
user cannot delete a file and also cannot right click. by the way I
have windows xp home.

Disable the built-in Guest account.
Create a user account called "visitor" or something else. Don't give it
admin rights.
