They either lied or just have no idea what they are talking about. Without
modification of the Windows XP CD )or other installation media) - there is
no "automatic password assignment" built into the Windows XP install.
If this was a used computer - you should format it and reinstall from
scratch. Make sure you have everything you need to do so (application
installation media, serial/cd-key numbers, etc.) You have no idea what all
the previous owners did/put on/planned to do with that computer. Better to
start with a clean slate.
If this was a new computer - I'd reconsider ever buying another computer
from where ever it is you bought it. I might even suggest - if you can -
returning it. You bought it from incompetent people. If you have trouble
in the future - they will be of no help. Get out while you can.
Last - you can create a CD and try hacking the administrator accounts...
