Norton Internet Security would be one of the last products I would
recommend, actually it isn't even on the list, there are much better and
cheaper options available.

There is a very good article from last week's InformationWeek on this
subject. If you don't have it, try to get it from someone that does. I
recommend the same as below. At home I use Norton Internet Security and I
believe it's a very good product. Programs such as spybot and adaware are
good anti-spyware programs.
