I recieve 10- 15 emails a day of unwanted junk. Usually about stock
alerts. Each one comes in and without opening it I immediately put it
on block senders list and delete it. However the same email will come
back again under a different name. How can I get rid of these emails
for good?

Welcome to the world of spam. There really isn't too much you can do
about it. Check into whatever spam filtering is available on your mail
server (usually your ISP). Depending on how you read your mail
(web-based or with an email client), you may also use spam filtering
there. Thunderbird has a good Junk filter.

Here are a few links to teach you about spam:

Also check on your ISP's website for more information about spam.
