Re: Internet Connection Firewall problem

I use Win XP SP1 Home edition. If I enable Internet Connection
Firewall, I am unable to visit sites starting with https://...

However, when I disable the firewall, I have no problem. How can I get
around this problem? I want to retain the firewall enabled.

This is odd, as the windows firewall does not block outbound traffic at all.

I am wondering what else might be going on on your computer, especially as
you are still using SP1, and are likely missing a ton of patches as well as
SP2. What's the reason you're not updated? I think a look at your event logs
might be in order as well....
