Access denied problem....




Dear All,
The following messages shown when am trying to connect other
computers in my networks by using Computer Management.

Unable to access the computer 192.168.3.24. The error
was: Access is
denied.

Due to this prblem i can't control my networked
systems(WORKGROUPS)....
How to rectify this problem.....Please help me.....
