Re: How to unlock user accounts

Logon as the built in administrator account or another user account in the
administrators group that is not locked out to unlock the accounts. Using XP
Pro you can enter lusmgr.msc in the run box and then hit OK. Then go to
users, find the locked out user account and in the properties of the user
account uncheck account is locked out.

It appears that a baby sitter tried to log on to our PC and after several
failed attempts at guessing passwords to user accounts, those user
accounts
automatically locked up. Now I can't figure how to unlock the accounts
and
restore to original settings. Any help most appreciated.
