Hi
Somebody has been playing with my laptop and when I try to log on I get the following message.
"Unable to log you on because your account has been locked out, please contact your administrator".
I know the correct User name and password, however, I cannot access.
Any tips?

Do you have an Administrator to contact? What happens when you wait 15 minutes (the default reset time) and try again?
