I really don't know where computer config is located in what area?

You've been given the answer. If you don't know what group policy is, or how
to edit it, you can do some reading here:
http://www.windowsnetworking.com/articles_tutorials/winxpgpe.html

You could also do some googling. I didn't give you more specific
instructions because if you are going to be mucking around in group policy,
you need to know what you're doing, or you will likely render your computer
completely unusable.

I don't see your original post (only the reply) so I don't know what
problems you're having that prompt you to ask.
