where the heck is computer config?

In your group policy editor.

If you aren't familiar with group policy, you might do some googling...you
do not want to muck up anything.

Help... I have the same problem with the firewall. How do I open
the group policy??? Thanks,

Hi Erin,
to set this permission. Open the group policy for the computer.
Navigate to Conputer config-> Windows Settings -> Security Settings
-> System Settings -> System services. Find the service and either
remove or reset the security settings you require.
Thanks,
Liam.
