Did you look at your user account for Manage My Network Passwords to see if
it is found there?? You can also access your stored credentials by entering
"rundll32.exe keymgr.dll,KRShowKeyMgr" without the quotes in the run box
while logged onto the computer. Also if you have a persistent mapped drive
you could try deleting it and then mapping the drive again.

Dear Steve,
i meant network resources, (Remember my Password -Check box) if you enable
it while accessing a network PC using \\IP Address command, the dialog box
asks for the user name and password, if we enable the check box, the info
is
saved forever, i want to know how we can undo that option, in case if we
enable the check box by mistake then the password will be saved for ever.

Do you mean for passwords for network resources or for passwords for
internet websites??

Hi Steve
Sorry to but in, but I wish to do the same thing and therefore followed
your advice. However when I clicked on "Manage my network passwords"
the
list that opened was empty even though I have numerous such passwords.
Why would that be?

Try going to Control Panel/user accounts and find your account. Access
it
and in the upper left hand corner select manage my network passwords
where you should see and be able to delete the password for that
connection.
