I am not familiar with that Event ID and below is about all I could find at

If you are using XP Home then read the KB article at the link below that may
explain what you are seeing in regards to the owner account and how to
resolve the problem. I rarely use XP Home and can never remember seeing an
account called owner in XP Pro.

I have another issue that still concerns me with the "Owner" account.
While
this accoutn doesn't show up on the account manager it does still show up
when I look at the system properties under the user profiles. It also
shows
this user as signing on in the following event:

A provider, OffProv11, has been registered in the WMI namespace,
Root\MSAPPS11, to use the LocalSystem account. This account is privileged
and the provider may cause a security violation if it does not correctly
impersonate user requests.
I cannot access the Owner account to delete it of to limit it's
privileges.
Is this a problem and if so, what can I do?

Master Browser and an election is being forced. This often happens if a
computer with a newer or server operating system is being started up and
connected to the network. For instance if you have a Windows 98/ME/2000
computer that is Master Browser and you startup an XP computer the XP
