I have been having problems for months accessing hotmail, ebay among other
websites. Aswell as this the i cannot connect to windows live messenger.
I have been told to go to the security centre in control panel and make
these things an exception so that they can connect to the internet, but
security center is nowhere to be found. I have searched in start>all
programs>accessories>systems tools and its not in there either, can
someone please help, im on the verge of buying a new computer if i cant
get this fixed. Please help
