Hello & Hi in advance.
I want to login automatically without password on XP Pro
comp. I typed control userpasswords2 and the User Propeties
box appaeared, but I don't see the "USERS MUST ENTER A USER
NAME & PASSWORD TO USE THIS CMPUTER" check box. I can view
on another computer. So either I am missing some type of
file or something is not setup right.

I have no idea why you're not seeing that entry but a possible
workaround would be to use TweakUI, a Microsoft program that
can be downloaded here:
Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
TweakUI direct download
http://download.microsoft.com/download/f/c/a/fca6767b-9ed9-45a6-b352-839afb2a2679/TweakUiPowertoySetup.exe
Once the program is installed go to Start -> All Programs ->
Powertoys for Windows XP -> TweakUI and launch the program.
In the left hand column, click on the + sign next to Logon.
In the expanded branch, click on Autologon.
Check the box and enter your user name and password.
Click OK.
Good luck
