Alright, my end reason with hiding an account is too make sure that no
one can see the account, and no one will think I am using the
computer...I'd rather not give you the reasoning behind it because its
a little personal, but If you need more info just ask.

No, there is no way. I can't think of any legitimate reason for hiding
a
user account on a computer. As Steve said, if you have set a strong
password then someone else can't get in - unless they are an
administrator.
If you want any more help with this, post back with the reason you are
trying to do this - your end goal.
