unblock what/ internet access zip file should not require access to
internet.
plenty of free, next to free and trust worthy util to handle zip file
significantly faster. and less likely to hang.

To all - I know this topic has been beaten to death... and the last
suggestion on most posts is to get 3rd party zip program to resolve.
Did anyone get a fix from MS?

The "Unblock" button is not available in the properties menu of a
zipped file. Error message when trying to extract it.
