From the look of the site and everything else in regards to
accepting payments I thought it was legit. Also with the price not
being too cheap or expensive.

Reading the terms alone pretty much puts me off ever buying from there.

Not to mention that a search for said file that you quoted points to nothing
but crack/keygen/warez sites. heh
