Re: security tab has disappeared

Verify that simple file sharing is disabled. Go to Windows Explorer and then
to tools/folder options/view and make sure the last setting for use simple
file sharing is disabled. You may need to reboot if it does not work

I am running XP Pro with all of the most current updates. I ran the command
in the MS article "How to reset security settings back to the defaults"
because I get a message about not having write permissions when I try to
install Nero 7. Nothing has changed with that; however, the security tab
no
longer exists on any property screen on my computer. Could anyone tell me
how
to get it back? Thank you.
