This site

http:// otk. fragaware .com/

sells software at a resonable price and seemed legit. I purchased XP Pro
SP2. It is cheaper because you download the sotware, no packaging etc. good
idea really.

Unless you have paid big bucks for a subscription from Microsoft, there are no legitimate "downloads" of any Microsoft product. Without the Microsoft subscription, legit copies require distribution via media (i.e., CD). You got ripped off and now have a pirated version. You get get legit OEM versions with a qualifying hardware purchase, like a cable, without any packaging but you do get the CD (and you do have to pay shipping unless the other item's shipping already covers that cost).

"You cannot register the software with the manufacturer and updates are available not for all the products;"

Yeah, I wonder why. Duh!

"You do not receive printed license documentation;"

Yeah. They sure wouldn't want to provide you with the COA (Certificate of Authority) with its holographic decal.

"Downloadable Software reserves the right to refuse to sell product or provide service to anyone, at its own discretion."

They certainly wouldn't want to sell to anyone within the same region as their store operates to eliminate lawsuits regarding piracy. Basically everyone is screwed once they get your money (and would really like you to give them an unlimited credit card number).

Microsoft, Please check into this site!!

This a peer community of other users providing voluntary help. It is not a source for free support from Microsoft. Microsoft has their own contacts for reporting piracy.

P.S I have not installed this software.

Your choice if you want to get stuck with this "stuff" on your computer. Who knows what *else* it might do.
