Force user to Logon screen Windows XP Pro

Hi,
Is there a way to force a user to the Logon screen at a specific time?
I normally control my children's access to the computer by passwording their
accounts with a password known only to their parents. This requires them to
have an adult log them on. I combine this with a return to the welcome
screen after a resume from screensaver. However, I would like the option to
have the computer force their session to the logon screen at a specific time
during the evening. I know that the third party software "AccessBoss" can
force a log off. But my kids often download large game demos, so I don't
want to interrupt a download with a log off. Instead I would like to boot
them to the logon screen, which would in effect limit their access while
allowing the session to remain active in the background - like user
switching. I guess in essence I would like the user to have to retype their
password at a specified time - like 8 pm. In addition, is there a way to
force the same logon password after a period of activity - like 2 hours?
Thanks in advance,
Greg
