Try this on the computer you receive the error message:
1. Start / Run, type gpedit.msc
2. Open Computer Configuration/Windows Settings/Security Settings/Local
Policies/User Rights Assignment
3. Locate "Deny logon localy"
4. Open the key and remove Guest account
