Why would you want to disable Safe Mode?
Safe Mode is a valuable resource and losing it can be dangerous.
Before disabling access to Safe Mode, explore other options for solutions.
If there are better options, they are probably better..

I was looking for some sloutions and I tried to look in google groups
but I couldn't find any after searching the web I found this guy who
