I have Windows XP Home edition and the users are not displaying on the Welcome Page. I have hit crtl-alt-del twice to access the administrator account, but cannot login. The username on the adminstrator account defaults to my last name but I don't know the password (bought the laptop at a Best Buy 3 yrs ago). I have tried my last name, first name, Windows, and such as the password but cannot get in. Any help I seek want to charge me $50. I am turning to you experts for any help.

password: "blank"
