If you are sure the computer is clean:

"Due to an unidentified problem, Windows cannot display Windows Firewall
settings" error, try:
Start>Run regsvr32 hnetcfg.dll [enter]

You might want to check what you did to clean up your machine by looking
at these malware removal steps and running some of them if you weren't
thorough enough:
