Applying Group Policy causes Userenv errors and events to occur on your
computers that are running Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, or Windows 2000
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;[LN];887303
Group Policy processing does not work and events 1030 and 1058 are logged in
the Application log of a domain controller

In news:9B0AD20B-EB3E-481C-9CA6-BA4F393CA638@xxxxxxxxxxxxx,
Pete <Pete@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> hunted and pecked:
HI,CN={31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9},CN=Policies,CN=System,DC=Acct,DC=C
I'm receiving this error in the event log when I try to refresh the gpo.
The computer is not applying any of the Domain GPO's.
Event ID 1058
Windows cannot access the file gpt.ini for GPO
orpnet,DC=Com.
The file must be present at the location<\\Acct.Corpnet.Com\sysvol\Acct.Corpnet.Com\Policies\{31B2F340-016D-11D2-945
F-00C04FB984F9}\gpt.ini>.
(Access is denied. ). Group Policy processing aborted.
For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
I already tried to add the value to the registry for DisableDFS.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Peter
