I am going to try uninstall the last batch of updates. I did find the
following in application log

Hi there GS,

If the problem persists, you might want to check in the system and
application logs (Right click on My Computer, left click on Manage) and
check
to see if there are any related errors in there. It's usually a big help
when you post those in these forums.
