| We have just acquired small business server 2003 and for the first time we
| are logged into a domain. We want all users to be able to see all other
| users documents (no restrictions on access to My Documents folders).
| However we would like to keep 2 folders in my managers documents private and
| only accessible to him on his login.
|
| Is it possible to turn off simple file sharing and limit user access on
| certain folders when logged into a domain?
|
| Thanks.

Please learn about; NTFS permissions, network groups and NT Shares and their permissions.
The objective is to make all users in the Domain a member of a Group and giver that group
NTFS permissions to the folders containing the data and rights to the share sharing that
folder.
