This tool keeps on resetting my home page and turning on the Realbar.
I don't want it to do either of these things.
How can I configure it to prevent these things happening?
If I can't configure it, how do I turn it off?
The Malicious Software Removal Tool does not reset your homepage or turn
on any toolbars. Something else you have is doing this.

Since I don't have any information about your computer, I can't give you
more focused help. To what website is the homepage being reset? If
something "fishy", do normal troubleshooting for malware:

The Realbar is from your RealOne Player. Open that application and look
for options to disable the toolbar or see if you can uninstall it from
Add/Remove Programs.
