You may want to post in the pertinent Internet Explorer newsgroup also.
Offhand I would make sure that you only have disable or enable selected for
all the settings - not prompt and in all the security zones not just the
internet zone in case there are entries in the other zones which spyware
programs sometimes populate. --- Steve

The infomation bar keeps popping up for ActiveX controls even though I
have
followed all directions to allow all ActiveX controls. Is there a way to
remove the information bar completely?
