Hi,

I'm using XP pro SP2. Please help..

Well , generally we can think you are infected with spyware hijacker. However
, I haven't heard of hijacker hijacking browser to a so legitimate Microsoft
web-site.You or another user might have visited that page and accidentically
you have chosen to set this page as your homepage.

I would suggest you open Internet Explorer-> Tools
Now on the General tab ,click on "Use Blank" -> Apply and then see some days
if this is automatically changed .

After you have chosen "Use Blank " , download Ad-Aware SE Personal (free
from Lavasoft)
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware
and check if you have some kind of spyware and remove it.

If there is any kind of malware and you have difficulties in removing it ,
