Checkout the Microsoft Shared Computer Toolkit, it may fit your needs, but you'll
need some good Windows skills to do it right.

ok i have a single computer that was bought for training purposes ONLY and i
was wondering if there is any way to lockout all programs that are not
nessecery for this computer. my crew seems to love playing games all the time
off the clock and it seems that they are now starting to try to just play
around on the clock as well.
this is a serious disturbance to productivity but the training programs
provide a great use to the store as well so i don't want to take the computer
out
